The Library has two study rooms available for public use, located in the Youth Services Area on the lower level. The study rooms are designed to meet the needs of two to four patrons who want to work together in small groups for limited periods of time. Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
As part of its service to the community, the Library provides meeting rooms for use by local community groups and organizations. The main floor Meeting Room is available for larger groups and the Youth Services Story Room on the lower level for smaller groups. Those who want to use one of the rooms will be required to file an application and provide a $100.00 refundable cleanup/security deposit. The Library offers Notary Public services for the benefit of the residents of our community. It is recommended that patrons seeking Notary Service call the Library at (708) 447-0869 prior to their visit to ensure that a Notary is available at that time. Notary Service is provided free of charge. Valid photo identification is required of any patron seeking Notary Service. Because a Notary is vouching for the authenticity of a signature, documents to be notarized must be signed in the presence of the Notary.
