  • 2 Internet computers and 1 printer in Youth Services
  • 3 computers with games for kids in Youth Services

North Riverside Public Library also offers free wireless Internet access, or WiFi, throughout the building.

  • What is a hotspot?
    Our library offers portable WiFi hotspots that are easy to use and provide your tablet, laptop, or other WiFi-enabled devices with internet access.
  • How do I check out a hotspot?
    Anyone who has a valid North Riverside Public Library card can check out a hotspot. Hotspots can be checked out for 3 weeks and cannot be renewed.
  • Can I reserve a hotspot?
    Yes. Hold requests may be placed on hotspots and will become available on a first-come/first-served basis like all library materials. Call 708-447-0869 to place a hold request.
  • Did you know that there is a geocache hidden at the library?
  • Geocaching is a unique hobby and a great way to have some socially distanced fun! Learn more at:
    https://www.geocaching.com/play and get started by finding our own hidden geocache!
  • To request a tech help appointment, please call the library at 708-447-0869.
  • Please note: Appointments are limited to North Riverside Library patrons
    only, and individuals are limited to one appointment per two-week period.
